Welcome to The Sapphire Pelican, our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo in Cherry Grove Beach.

✻ SELF CHECK IN
A personalized smart lock code will be provided before arrival for easy self check in.
✻ STORAGE
One interior owners’ closet and a small housekeeping supply closet remain locked. All other guest areas are yours to enjoy.

Our condo is on the ground floor with only 2 steps from the parking area to the unit. Please note that the condo itself is not ADA accessible.
The beach access by the property includes a ramp over the dunes followed by steps down to the sand. Accessible beach access and beach wheelchair options are available at select North Myrtle Beach locations. Locations and availability may change, so we recommend checking current City of North Myrtle Beach information before your stay.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The overall location, the proximity to the beach and pool, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the communication...I could go on and on! We are already looking at the calendar for our next visit and hope that there is availability because we don't want to stay anywhere else!

Guests can relax to the sound of the ocean and enjoy pleasant coastal breezes from the porch. A nearby path crosses the dunes to the beach, and the public access beside the building includes a ramp over the dunes followed by steps to the sand.
Is the ground-floor condo wheelchair accessible?

How many guests can the condo accommodate?
The Sapphire Pelican accommodates up to six guests. It has one king bed
and three queen beds, including two queen Murphy beds.
Does The Sapphire Pelican have a pool?
Yes. Guests have access to the seasonal community pool located just steps from
the condo. The pool features lounge chairs, a shallow end and a deep end. Charcoal grills are located on either side of the pool for our guests to enjoy. Pool hours and availability are subject to HOA operations.
Is parking included?
Yes. One onsite parking space is guaranteed with every reservation. Free
overflow parking may be available approximately 1.5 miles away. The required parking passes are provided at no additional charge.
Can I book directly with the owners?
The Sapphire Pelican is privately owned and personally managed by sisters, Kristin and Lora Ann. Guests receive responsive, personalized service
without a property-management company in the middle. You can check availability and book securely through The Sapphire
Pelican’s direct-booking website. We are also listed on AirBNB and VRBO.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Your personalized
smart-lock code and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.
Is early check-in or late checkout available?
Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on the booking
schedule and the time needed to prepare the condo between guests. Please
contact Kristin and Lora Ann in advance to ask about availability. These
requests cannot be guaranteed and should not be assumed unless confirmed
by us.
Are linens, towels and beach equipment included?
Yes. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels are included with your stay. We also provide starter supplies so you can settle in comfortably when you arrive. Guests may use the beach chairs, wagon, cooler, beach towels, bags and toys stored in the outdoor guest closet. Umbrellas are not provided, but seasonal chair and umbrella rentals are available through the City of North Myrtle Beach.
Is the condo kid-friendly?
Yes! The Sapphire Pelican is a comfortable choice for families, with easy beach access, a seasonal pool, a bathtub, beach toys, games and flexible sleeping arrangements. A pack and play and an assortment of children's dinnerware is also provided. Guests will need to bring their own high chair. Please note that the condo is not childproofed, and children must be supervised around the pool, beach, parking area and exterior steps.
Is the condo pet-friendly?
Although we love animals, pets are not permitted at The Sapphire Pelican under the condominium association’s rules.
