Communication is key -- Just let us know as soon as your plans change so we can do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

100% Refundable

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the reservation start date are 100% refundable.

Booking Credit

Cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation start date are non-refundable, but all payments may be applied as a credit toward a future stay at The Sapphire Pelican.

No Security Deposit

For snowbirds who stay for 30 days or more during the winter, no security deposit is due if you pay in full upfront.
