Monthly Rate

$1,900 per month / 30 days

• $215 exit cleaning fee (one-time)

There are no hidden fees—just a comfortable, worry-free beachfront stay where everything is taken care of.

All Utilities Included

Your monthly rate covers all the essentials:

• 🚿 Water, sewer, and trash service

• 🏠 HOA dues and maintenance

• 🌐 High-speed internet and Wi-Fi

Stay Length

Monthly or multi-month stays available from November through February, with flexible arrival dates depending on availability.

We are so glad you would like to book the Sapphire Pelican!  Complete the Booking Inquiry form below to get started!  Then we will send you a custom quote for your stay. 

Payments

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. In your booking inquiry, please let us know if you prefer to:

• Pay in full at booking, or
• Split your payment into 2 installments

For installment payments, 50% of the total reservation cost is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your reservation start date.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the reservation start date are 100% refundable.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation start date are non-refundable, but all payments may be applied as a credit toward a future stay at The Sapphire Pelican.

Background Check

For the comfort and security of our guests and community, we require an free identity verification for all stays. This process is quick, secure, and handled through Authenticate. 

We will send you a link for a required background check — no cost to you. Your reservation will be fully confirmed once verification is successfully completed.
